We currently ship to Portugal mainland and Spain mainland. We are working on expanding to the rest of the EU — contact us at orlathelabel@gmail.com for shipping inquiries outside these regions.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

- Portugal — 1-3 business days
- Spain — 3-5 business days
Carriers We ship via trusted carriers including Eurosender and Packlink, with tracking included on all shipments.
Damaged Items All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orlathelabel@gmail.com with photographic evidence.
