General This website is operated by David Bastos, trading as Orla, a self-employed individual registered in Portugal (NIF 241412471). These terms apply to all users of the site.

Products All pieces are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos shown. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Limited edition pieces are numbered and will not be reproduced once the edition is complete. One-of-a-kind pieces are unique and unrepeatable.

Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.

Shipping We currently ship to Portugal and Spain mainland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns Returns are governed by our Return Policy, available at checkout and in the website footer.

Intellectual Property All images, designs and content on this website are the property of Orla and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability Orla is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
